体育锻炼与年级对人格的影响

摘　　要：为探讨年级、体育锻炼对中小学生人格的影响,选取800名中小学生使用卡特尔14种人格因素问卷进行调查。结果:在非锻炼组的对比上,七年级在聪慧性、稳定性、兴奋性、恃强性、轻松性、有恒性、敏感性、自律性、紧张性上的得分显著高于五年级组。锻炼组的对比上,七年级在乐群性、稳定性、兴奋性、恃强性、轻松性、有恒性、自律性、紧张性8个维度得分上均高于五年级组。小学锻炼组在恃强性上得分上高于非锻炼组,非锻炼组忧虑性得分显著高于小学锻炼组。中学体育锻炼组乐群性、稳定性、兴奋性上得分显著高于非锻炼组。中学非锻炼组充沛性、忧虑性得分高于中学锻炼组。结论:所有七年级学生在多数人格特征上均比五年级学生更为完善,七年级从事体育锻炼对人格的影响比五年级更大。In order to explore the inf luence of grade and physical exercise on the personalit y of pr imar y and secondar y school students,800 primar y and secondar y school students were surveyed with Cartel 14 Personality Factor Questionnaire.Result:Compared with the non-exercise group,the scores of intelligence,stability,excitability,bullying,relaxation,persistence,sensitivity,self-discipline and tension in the seventh grade group were signif icantly higher than those in the f ifth grade group.Compared with the exercise group,the scores of the seventh grade were higher than those of the f ifth grade group in the eight dimensions of musicality,stability,excitability,bullying,relaxation,constancy,self-discipline and tension.Primary school exercise group scored higher in strength than nonexercise group,and non-exercise group scored higher in anxiety than primary school exercise group.The scores of group music,stability and excitability of middle school physical exercise group were signif icantly higher than those of non-exercise group.The scores of abundance and anxiety of non-exercise group in middle school were higher than those of exercise group in middle school.Conclusion:Most of the personality traits of the seventh grade students are more perfect than those of the f ifth grade students.The inf luence of physical exercise on personality of the seventh grade students is greater than that of the f ifth grade students.
