摘　　要：目的 探讨不同类型颈动脉斑块与脑白质疏松症(LA)的关系。方法 选择2018年1月-2019年8月于本院就诊的患者198例作为研究对象,根据Wahlund的评价方法分为无LA组(53例)、LA1组(46例)、LA2组(48例)和LA3组(51例)四组。颈部血管彩超检查斑块类型,分析与LA的相关性。结果颈动脉斑块检出率比较:无LA组与各LA组、LA1组与LA2、LA3组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。软斑块比较:组间比较差异存在统计意义(P<0.05)。硬斑块情况:组间比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。混合斑块比较:无LA组与各LA组相比,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。Crouse积分与LA病变呈正相关(r=0.823,P<0.05)。结论 颈部血管软斑和混合斑块与LA相关。临床上可根据颈部斑块情况,评估LA的发生及发展。Objective To explore the correlation between carotid plaques and leukoaraiosis(LA).Methods 198 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected.According to the evaluation method of Wahlund,patients were divided into four groups:53 cases of non-LA group,46 cases of LA1 group,48 cases of LA2 group and 51 cases of LA3 group.The types of carotid plaque were detected.The correlation between the type of carotid plaque and LA was analyzed.Results In terms of the detection of cervical plaque,the non-LA group was compared with the LA group,and the LA1 group was compared with the LA2 and LA3 group,indicated statistical difference(P<0.05).There was significant difference in soft plaque between the groups(P<0.05).The difference observed on the hard plaque was not significant between the groups(P>0.05).The mixed plaque in the non-LA group was statistically different from that in LA group(P<0.05).Crouse score was positively correlated with LA(r=0.823,P<0.05).Conclusions Carotid soft plaques and mixed plaques are correlated with LA.The development of LA could be evaluated clinically by the carotid plaques.
