摘  要:针对越来越严格的大气污染物排放标准,研究燃煤电厂超超低排放技术,为进一步缓解煤电发展与环境保护之间的矛盾提供技术储备。介绍了燃煤电厂超低排放控制的技术路线,总结了脱硝、脱硫、除尘等技术以及污染物协同脱除的技术方案,重点分析了以低低温电除尘器为核心、以电袋复合或袋式除尘器为核心以及以湿式电除尘器为核心几种污染物协同脱除方案的特点以及实际应用能达到污染物脱除效果。基于各种治理方案的应用现状及工艺效果,提出适合示范燃煤电厂超超低排放的设计方案,实现粉尘<2.5mg/m3,SO2<17.5mg/m^3,NOx<25mg/m^3,SO3<5mg/m^3的超超低排放目标,为燃煤电厂进一步降低大气污染物排放设计提供依据。In view of the stricter and stricter emission standards of air pollutants,ultra-ultra-low emission technology of coal-fired power plants is studied to provide technical reserves for further alleviating the contradiction between coal-fired power development and environmental protection.The technical route of ultra-low emission control in coal-fired power plants is introduced,and the technologies of denitrification,desulfurization and dust removal as well as synergistic of flue gas pollutants removal are summarized.The characteristics of schemes is emphasized for several synergistic pollutants removal with low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator(ESP)as the core,hybrid electrostatic bag or bag collector as the core and wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP)as the core,respectively,and the effect of pollutant removal is analyzed that can be achieved in the practical application.Based on the application and effect of pollutants treatment schemes,a design scheme suitable for demonstration coal-fired power plants is proposed to achieve ultra-ultra-low emission targets of dust<2.5mg/m^3,SO2<17.5mg/m^3,NOx<25mg/m^3,SO3<5mg/m^3,which provides a design basis for further reducing atmospheric pollutant emission of coal-fired power plants.
