摘　　要：目的:讨论320排CT全脑灌注成像在脑梗死缺血半暗带中的应用价值。方法:筛选出2018年4月-2019年8月于我院实施诊治处理的脑梗死患者60例作为研究样本,给予全部入选患者320排CT全脑灌注成像检查,收集患者的临床诊治资料并对相关资料展开回顾性的整合分析。结果:相较于梗死核心区,缺血半暗带区的脑血流量、脑血容量均明显提高,峰值到达时间明显缩减,平均通过时间明显延长(P<0.05);相较于健侧对应区,缺血半暗带区的脑血流量明显下降,峰值到达时间、平均通过时间均明显延长(P<0.05),但二者的脑血容量对照,无明显差异性(P>0.05)。缺血半暗带I2期患者10例,Ⅱ1期患者31例,Ⅱ2期患者19例。结论:320排CT全脑灌注成像在脑梗死患者的临床检测中具有重要的应用价值,有助于明确患者的病变位置、病变范围以及是否伴随缺血半暗带,同时可对缺血半暗带进行分期。Objective To discuss the application value of 320-row CT full-brain perfusion imaging in the ischemic penumbra of cerebral infarction.Methods 60 cases of cerebral infarction patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2018 to August 2019 were selected as study samples,and all of them were given 320-slice CT whole brain perfusion imaging examination.The clinical diagnosis and treatment data of the patients were collected and the relevant data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Compared with the healthy side corresponding area,the cerebral blood flow in the ischemic penumbra area decreased significantly,and the peak arrival time and average passage time were all significantly prolonged(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in cerebral blood volume between the two regions(P>0.05).ischemic penumbra stage i2 patients 10,stageⅡ1 patients 31,stageⅡ2 patients 19.Conclusion 320-row CT whole brain perfusion imaging has important application value in the clinical detection of cerebral infarction patients,and it is helpful to clarify the location of the lesion,the extent of the lesion and whether it is accompanied by the ischemic half dark zone,and at the same time,the ischemic half dark zone can be staging.
