摘 要:连续采煤机短壁机械化开采技术因其具有采掘合一、机动灵活、投资少、见效快、适应范围广、安全高效等特点,成为综采长壁开采的有效补充和中小煤矿机械化升级改造的技术首选。然而,短壁工作面粉尘浓度大,增加了巷道施工障碍,危害行业人员身体健康。为此,对连续采煤机短壁工作面的粉尘来源进行了长期跟踪调研,针对粉尘防控总结了部分措施和经验,提出具体的控尘措施。Shortwall mechanized mining technology of continuous mining machine has become an effective supplement to longwall mining of fully mechanized mining and the preferred technology for mechanized upgrading and transformation of small and medium-sized coal mines because of its features of integration of mining,flexibility,less investment,quick effect,wide adaptability,safety and high efficiency.However,the dust concentration in the shortwall working face of continuous mining machine is high,which also can bring extra obstacles to roadway construction and endanger the health of working personnel.For this reason,the origin of dust in the shortwall working face of continuous mining machine have been tracked and investigated for a long time,and some measures and experiences for dust prevention and control have been summarized,and specific dust control measures have been proposed.
