摘 要:针对热交换管内壁存在的应力腐蚀开裂的强度问题,对内壁子午面半椭圆裂纹应力强度因子K_I求解模型进行了研究。使用了机加工的方法制作裂纹模型,并利用了光弹法测定K_I,进行了数值求解模型可靠性验证;对热交换管内壁子午面半椭圆裂纹在复杂载荷、不同裂纹深度a(1 mm、1.25 mm、1.5 mm及1.75 mm)和不同裂纹形状比a/b(0.1、0.2、0.3…0.8及0.9)下的K_I分布与扩展规律进行了归纳,提出了一些热交换管的疲劳寿命设计、可靠性分析或工况监测建议。研究结果表明:内壁所受压力P_i决定了K_I分布值大小,内外壁温度差ΔT对K_I分布影响也相对较大;将数值解和实验解、文献解进行了对比,其结果相互吻合较好。Aiming at the strength of stress corrosion cracking on the inner wall of heat exchange tube, the K_I model for stress intensity factor of inner surface meridian plane containing semi-elliptical crack was studied. The crack model was prepared by mechanical process which got the K_I determined by photo elastic method. The reliability verification of the numerical solution model was carried out. Additionally, the law of distribution and expansion of K_I values was summarized under complex loads, different crack depths, a,(i.e. 1 mm, 1.25 mm, 1.5 mm and 1.75 mm) and different crack shape ratios, a/b,(i.e. 0.1, 0.2, 0.3... 0.8 and 0.9). Some suggestions on reliability analysis of fatigue life design, working condition monitoring of heat exchange tube were put forward. The results indicate that the pressure, P_i, on the inner wall determines the K_I distribution, in addition, the temperature difference between inner wall and outer wall, ΔT, is also relatively large influence on the K_I distribution. Meanwhile, some numerical calculation values are compared with the experimental values and manual calculation values which shows that the values fit preferably.
