摘　　要：基于中国237家制造企业的样本数据,通过层级回归的统计方法探讨绿色供应商整合、外部知识采用与绿色创新的关系以及兼容性的调节效应。实证研究结果表明:绿色供应商整合有助于外部知识的采用,进而有利于企业的绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新;外部知识采用在绿色供应商整合与绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新的关系中均具有部分中介效应;此外,知识兼容性在绿色供应商整合与外部知识采用的关系中具有负向调节效应,战略兼容性在绿色供应商整合与外部知识采用的关系中具有正向调节效应。Based on sample data of 237 manufacturing enterprises in China, this paper discusses the relationship amonggreen supplier integration, external knowledge adoption and green innovation, and analyzes the moderating effect ofcompatibility by the regression analysis. The empirical research results show that: green supplier integration contributesto external knowledge adoption, and further conducive to the company’s green product innovation and green processinnovation;external knowledge plays mediating roles in the relationship among green supplier integration, greenproduct innovation and green process innovation. In addition, knowledge compatibility has a negative moderatingeffect on the relationship between green supplier integration and external knowledge adoption, strategic compatibilityhas a positive moderating effect on the relationship between green supplier integration and external knowledgeadoption.
