摘 要:在流化床试验台上,对某造纸厂污泥颗粒在9种不同含水率下的流化特性进行了研究。试验结果表明:随着污泥含水率的增大,临界流化速度umf逐渐增大,床层压降波动变大,流化变得不稳定,流化状态由散式流化向聚式流化过渡。当含水率大于38%时,穿孔和沟流极易发生,污泥无法流化。由于不同种类的污泥流化性质差异较大,前人试验条件各不相同,有关umf的计算还没有统一的公式。基于试验数据,介绍了两类常用的umf经验公式,比较后采用更优的模型推导出了此类污泥的umf计算公式。其他种类污泥的umf计算公式可参考本文方法较快得到。On the experimental system of fluidezed bed, the fluidization characteristics of sludge under 9 different moisture contents from a papermaking plant were studied. The experimetal results show that with the increase of moisture content, the minimum fluidization velocity umf of sludge increases, the fluctuation of pressure drop increases, thus the fluidization becomes unstable, and the fluidization state transits from particulate fluidization to aggregative fluidization. When the moisture content is greater than 38%, the perforation and groove flow are easy to occur and the sludge can not be fluidized.Because the fluidization characteristics of sludge are quite different and the previous studies vary greatly, there is still no uniform formula for calculating umf. Therefore, based on the experimental data,two kinds of commonly used empirical formulas of umf were introduced and a better model was used to derive the calculation formula of umf after comparison. The calculation formula of umf for other sludge can be obtained quickly by referring to this method.
