摘  要:研究不同热处理条件以及注塑制样条件对热变形温度的影响,结果表明热处理温度对测试结果影响较大,对于ABS树脂,80℃下热处理1 h就可以消除大部分残余应力,热变形温度测试结果有较大提高。制样过程模具温度和保压直接影响热变形温度测试结果,增加熔体"冷流"会增加内应力,降低热变形温度测试结果,因此对比ABS树脂热变形数据不能只看样件是否经过热处理,还要关注样件的成型条件。The influence of different heat treatment conditions and sample preparation conditions on the heat distortion temperature test were tested.The results showthat the heat treatment temperature has a great influence on the test results.For ABS resin,heat treatment at 80℃for 1 hour could eliminate most of the residual stress,the test result of heat distortion temperature is improved greatly.Mold temperature and pressure holding in sample making process directly affect the test result of heat distortion temperature.Increasing the melt"cold flow"will increase the internal stress and reduce the test result of heat distortion temperature.Therefore,comparing the ABS resin thermal deformation data should focus on the heat treatment and forming condition of samples.
