摘 要:以丙烯酸2-乙基己酯(EHA)为聚合单体,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,通过γ射线辐射聚合制备吸油凝胶,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和热重分析(TG)研究制备的吸油凝胶。在此基础上,研究交联剂含量、单体含量、辐射剂量以及剂量率对凝胶吸附性能和凝胶含量的影响,并进一步研究凝胶的重复使用性能。研究表明,单体含量为31. 9%,交联剂含量为0. 57%,辐射剂量为7.2kGy,辐射剂量率为48Gy/min为凝胶制备的最佳条件。此外,重复吸附实验表明制备的凝胶具有优良的可重复使用性,其第二次使用过程中可快速达到吸附饱和,对甲苯的最大吸附倍率为33.9g/g。Oil-absorbency gel was fabricated by gamma ray irradiation polymerization with 2-ethylhexyl acrylate as monomer,and divinylbenzene( DVB) as crosslinker. Then the gel was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis( TG). The effects of crosslinker contents,monomer contents,irradiation dosage and irradiation dosage rate of the absorption properties and gel contents were investigated,and reusability of the gel was also researched. The results shows when the monomer content is 31. 9%,the crosslinker content is 0. 57%,the irradiation dosage is 7. 2 k Gy and the irradiation dose rate is 48 Gy/min,the optimum preparation conditions of gel could be obtained. And the repeated adsorption experiments showthat the prepared gel has excellent reusability,which could quickly reach absorption saturation during the second use. The maximum absorption ratio of toluene is 33. 9 g/g.
