摘 要:为了探讨策勒黑羊和多浪羊FecB基因多态性及其与产羔数的相关性,为新疆南疆绵羊多胎品系的选育提供参考,试验以策勒黑羊、多浪羊为研究对象,利用PCR-RFLP技术对这两品种绵羊FecB基因单核苷酸多态性进行检测,同时研究该基因对这两品种绵羊产羔数的影响。结果表明:策勒黑羊FecB基因检测到3种基因型,即BB、B+、++,基因型频率分别为0.14,0.44,0.42,B、+基因频率分别为0.35,0.65;多浪羊FecB基因检测到2种基因型,即B+、++,基因型频率分别为0.52,0.48,B、+基因频率分别为0.26,0.74。基因型为BB型的策勒黑羊平均产羔数为2.87只/胎,显著高于++型(P<0.05);基因型为B+型的多浪羊平均产羔数为2.55只/胎,显著高于++型(P<0.05)。说明策勒黑羊和多浪羊FecB基因具有多态性,其中BB型、 B+型可用于南疆绵羊多胎品系的分子辅助育种。The study aimed to detect the association between FecB gene polymorphism with litter size in Cele Black sheep and Duolang sheep,and provide a reference for selection and breeding of multi-fetus sheep in Southern Xinjiang.Cele Black sheep and Duolang sheep were chosen as the research object.The FecB gene polymorphism was analyzed by PCR-RFLP technique.The association of FecB gene polymorphism with litter size was analyzed.The results showed that three genotypes(BB,B+,and++)were detected in Cele Black sheep;the BB,B+,and++frequencies were 0.14,0.44,and 0.42 respectively;and the B,+frequencies were 0.35 and 0.65 respectively.Two genotypes(B+,++)were detected in Duolang sheep;the B+and++frequencies were 0.52 and 0.48 respectively;and the B,+frequencies were 0.26 and 0.74 respectively.The average litter size of BB genotype in Cele Black sheep was 2.87,which was significantly higher than that of++genotype(P<0.05).The average litter size of B+genotype in Duolang sheep was 2.55,which was significantly higher than that of++genotype(P<0.05).The results indicate that the FecB gene of Celle Black sheep and Dolang sheep had polymorphism,and the BB and B+genotypes can be used in the molecular assisted breeding of the multi-fetus sheep in Southern Xinjiang.
