摘　　要：以顺,顺,顺,顺-环戊烷-1,2,3,4-四甲酸和邻苯二胺为原料,合成了顺,顺,顺,顺-2,2',2'',2'''-环戊烷四苯并咪唑(cttb)及其双核锌配合物[Zn2(cttb)Cl4]·DMF,通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和X-ray单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征。该配合物晶体属于三斜晶系,P-1空间群,每个中心Zn^2+离子分别与两个Cl-离子和配体中的两个N原子配位,形成四配位的四面体几何构型。MTT测试表明,锌配合物及其配体对人食管癌细胞Eca109均有抑制作用,其半抑制浓度IC50值分别为33.34μM和34.54μM,小于阳性对照物顺铂的IC50值43.99μM。Using cis,cis,cis,cis-cyclopentane-1,2,3,4-tetracarboxylic acid and o-phenylenediamine as raw materials,cis,cis,cis,cis-2,2',2'',2'''-cyclopentane tetrabenzimidazole(cttb)and its dinuclear zinc complex[Zn 2(cttb)Cl 4]?DMF,were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction.The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1.Each central Zn^2+ion is coordinated with two Cl-ions and two N atoms of the ligand,forming a four-coordinated tetrahedral geometry.The MTT assay showedthat the zinc complex and the ligand exhibit inhibition on the growth of human esophageal cancer cell lines Eca109,with their IC50 values of 33.34μM and 34.54μM,respectively,whichwaslower than that of the positive control cisplatin(43.99μM).
