20%氧化锌硫软膏治疗疥疮120例疗效与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的观察20%氧化锌硫软膏治疗疥疮的疗效和安全性。方法将240例疥疮患者随机分成实验组、对照组,各120例。分别予以20%氧化锌硫软膏和10%硫软膏外用,治疗结束后14 d比较疗效、安全性及满意度,并在治疗结束后3个月随访比较复发率。结果实验组的痊愈率(95.00%)高于对照组(87.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的有效率(98.33%)高于对照组(95.83%),但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组满意度(99.17%)高于对照组(93.33%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的灼热等不良反应发生率及复发率均较对照组低。结论在规范使用的前提下,20%的氧化锌硫软膏与10%的硫软膏疗效相当;不过,在痊愈率、满意度及安全性上优于10%的硫软膏,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 20%zinc oxide sulfur ointment in the treatment of scabies.Methods randomly divided into the experimental group(n=120)and the control group(n=120).The two groups were treated with zinc oxide ointment with a concentration of20%and sulfur ointment with a concentration of 10%respectively.The efficacy,safety and satisfaction were compared at 14 days after treatment,and recurrence rates were compared at 3-month follow-up after treatment.Results The recovery rate of the experimental group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(87.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group(98.33%)was higher than that of the control group(95.83%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group(99.17%)was higher than that of the control group(93.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions such as burning in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion standardized use,20%zinc sulfur ointment is as effective as 10%sulfur ointment.However,20%zinc sulfur ointment,which is superior to 10%sulfur ointment in recovery rate,satisfaction and safety,is worthy of clinical promotion.
