摘　　要：患者男,18岁,左侧背部皮色丘疹、斑块4年。皮肤科情况:左侧背部可见数个绿豆至蚕豆大小皮色丘疹、斑块,部分融合,界限清楚,表面光滑,呈单侧片状分布,质地较软,无明显浸润感,无压痛。皮损组织病理示:表皮疣状增生,真皮乳头见大量黏液样物质沉积,并见少量增生毛细血管。阿新蓝染色示真皮上部黏蛋白沉积。诊断:黏蛋白痣。An 18-year-old male presented skin-colored papules and plaques on the left back for four years.Physical examination revealed multiple skin-colored soft smooth papules and plaques,which were mung bean to broad bean sized,and distributed unilaterally on the left back with clear boundary,and there was neither infiltration nor tenderness.The histopathologic examination showed verrucous hyperplasia of epidermis,and deposition of mucin in papillary dermis,with a small number of hyperplastic capillaries.Positive staining with alcian blue displayed mucin deposited in upper dermis,and the final diagnosis was mucinous nevus.
