摘  要:近年来,脱发趋向普遍化,受到越来越多的人关注,但引起脱发的原因尚未完全清楚。毛发是毛囊中毛囊干细胞和真皮乳头生长发育的产物,毛囊结构复杂,由多层细胞组成,包括多种细胞结构,并呈周期性生长的器官,生长周期分为生长期、退行期、休止期;各周期中,不同的信号通路及因子分别发挥不同作用,但至今为止没有找到其中起决定性的信号通路及影响因子。各信号通路之间存在相互协调作用,共同影响胚胎期毛囊的形成及胚胎后期毛囊的周期循环。调控毛囊形态发生和毛发周期循环的多个信号通路相继被发现和鉴定,找到主要的信号通路及影响因子成为防止脱发和治疗脱发性疾病的关键。本文就近几年来关于毛囊形态发生、毛发周期及重要的信号通路(Wnt信号通路)进行综述。In recent years,hair loss has become more common and attracted great attention,but the cause of hair loss remains unclear.Hair is the product of the growth and development of hair follicle stem cells and dermal papilla.Hair follicles are complex in structure and consist of multiple layers of cells,including a variety of cellular structures.They are the only permanent periodic growth organs in mammals.The life cycle of each hair passes through three stages:anagen,catagen and telogen.In various cycles,different signaling pathways and factors play different roles,but the decisive signal pathway and the influencing factors have not been found to date.There are coordination among all signal pathways,which affect the formation of hair follicles during embryonic stage and cycle of hair follicles in postembryonic period.Many signaling pathways which regulate hair follicle morphogenesis and hair cycle have been discovered and identified.Finding the key signaling pathways and influencing factors has become crucial to prevent hair loss and treat hair loss disorders.In this paper,the morphological development of hair follicle,hair cycle and important signal pathway(Wnt signal pathway)are reviewed.
