摘 要:提出了一种超宽带任意信号相位测量方法,该方法基于频谱分析仪测量两路不同信号振幅,再基于功率合成器合成信号幅度,利用矢量合成原理,在频域中进行数学分析,建立了测量任意信号相位的方法。根据基本原理设计,建立了测量信号相位的测试系统,通过仿真及实验验证了该方法的正确性及可行性。另外,还讨论了功率合成器的反射与隔离等参数对信号相位测量结果的影响。该方法适用于从DC到数十GHz信号相位的测量,可应用于电磁干扰和信号完整性分析,弥补了现有测量信号相位方法的不足。This paper presents a method of phase measurement for UWB arbitrary signals,which is based on the spectrum analyzer to measure the amplitudes of two different signals,and then,based on the power synthesizer to synthesize the amplitudes of signals,the principle of vector synthesis is used to carry out mathematical analysis in the frequency domain,and a method to measure the phase of arbitrary signals is established.According to the basic principle design,a phase measurement system of measurement signal is established,and the correctness and feasibility of the method are verified by simulation and experiment.In addition,the influence of the parameters such as reflection and isolation of the power synthesizer on the signal phase measurement is discussed.This method is suitable for measuring the phase of signals from DC to tens of GHz.It can be applied to the analysis of electromagnetic interference and signal integrity.It makes up for the shortcomings of the existing phase measurement methods.
