摘　　要：中国特色社会主义金融治理体系和治理能力现代化是我国国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,也是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要推动力。在发展机遇和风险挑战并存的金融新时代,加快推进我国金融治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。总结归纳中国特色社会主义金融治理体系和治理能力的显著优势,分析研判当前面临的国内外复杂严峻形势,在坚持和完善中加快推进我国金融治理体系和治理能力现代化建设。The modernization of the socialist financial governance system and governance capacity with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the modernization of China’s national governance system and governance capacity, and also an important driving force for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. In the new financial era where development opportunities and risks coexist, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to accelerate the modernization of China’s national financial governance system and governance capacity. The article summarizes the significant advantages of the socialist financial governance system and governance capacity with Chinese characteristics, analyzes the complex environment and severe situation at home and abroad, and proposes that we should seize the opportunity to accelerate the modernization of China’s financial governance system and governance capacity in adhering to and improving institutional mechanisms.
