摘 要:油基钻井液具备优良的抑制性,使其成为钻复杂井的重要解决手段,特别是在钻高温深井和水敏性地层中优势更加明显。影响钻井液性能稳定的因素有很多,其中乳化剂、降滤失剂、有机土产品质量起着至关重要的作用。开展油基钻井液化学剂产品标准的适用性分析,研究制定乳化剂、降滤失剂、有机土产品标准,有助于对其质量进行控制,提升产品质量,方便采购管理,最终提高油基泥浆的性能。Oil-based drilling fluid has excellent inhibition,which makes it an important means to drill complex wells,especially to drill high temperature deep wells and drill wells in water sensitive formation.There are many factors affecting the stability of drilling fluid,among which emulsifier,filtrate reducer and organic soil product quality play an important role.To carry out the applicability analysis of the standards of chemical agent products for oil-based drilling fluid,and to study and formulate the standards for emulsifier,filtrate reducer and organic soil product will help to control its quality,facilitate procurement management,and ultimately improve the performance of oil-based mud.
