摘　　要：普光天然气净化厂是全国最大的硫磺生产销售企业,年产液体硫磺200×104 t以上,占国内总产量的1/3。阐述了普光天然气净化厂应用标准GB/T 2449.2—2015提供的方法,在测定硫化氢和多硫化氢质量分数过程中对取样设施、采样瓶固定装置进行改进;为解决联合装置液体硫磺中硫化氢含量频繁超标问题,对空气鼓泡液硫脱气工艺进行改造;分析了该标准在实施过程中存在的问题,并提出了改进建议。Puguang natural gas purification plant is the largest sulfur production and sales enterprise in China.Its annual output of liq⁃uid sulfur is more than 200×104 t,accounting for 1/3 of the total domestic output.This paper introduces the improvement of the sam⁃pling facilities and the fixed device of the sampling bottle in the process of determining the mass fraction of hydrogen sulfide and multi hydrogen sulfide by using the standard method in Puguang natural gas purification plant,as well as the transformation of the air bub⁃bling liquid sulfur degassing process to solve the problem that the content of hydrogen sulfide in the liquid sulfur of the combined unit frequently exceeds the standard.The problems existing in the implementation of the standard are analyzed,and suggestions for im⁃provement are put forward.
