摘  要:含蜡原油具有易凝高黏的特点,为保障管道的安全输送,对输送温度的准确性有很高的要求,因此准确地模拟出温度场是一个至关重要的技术问题。提出了热油管道正常运行过程的非稳态传热模型,并采用基于非结构化网格的数值计算方法对管道二维温度场进行计算,选取冻土区某含蜡原油管道进行工程算例分析,得到了该管道2℃及5℃油温条件下温度场云图及等值线图,可指导管道的安全运行。Waxy crude oil has the characteristics of easy coagulating and high viscosity.In order to ensure the safety of pipeline trans⁃portation,there is a high demand for the accuracy of transportation temperature.Therefore,the accurate simulation of temperature field is a crucial technical problem.The unsteady heat transfer model of hot oil pipeline in normal operation process is proposed,and the twodimensional temperature field of pipeline is obtained by numerical calculation method based on unstructured grid.Taking a waxy crude oil pipeline in permafrost area as an example,the temperature field cloud maps and isoline maps of the pipeline under the condition of 2℃and 5℃oil temperature are obtained,which can be used to guide the safe operation of the pipeline.
