摘　　要：目的 评价平衡针对无先兆偏头痛患者生存质量的影响.方法 选择2015年7月至2016年1月广东省中医院收治的无先兆偏头痛患者40例,按随机对照原则将患者分为平衡针疗法组和针刺假穴位组,实际纳入受试者38例,脱落和误纳各1例,最终平衡针疗法组和针刺假穴位组每组各纳入19例.平衡针疗法组针刺头痛穴(位于足背第1、2路骨结合前凹陷处中点),平刺进针约1.5~2寸(同身寸),快速进针,有放电、胀麻等针感后即可出针,可不采用行针手法或提插手法达到针感,针刺时间约3~5 s,每周针刺5次,疗程间休息2 d;针刺假穴位组取假穴位(位于头痛穴取穴相对应的非穴位处,足背第3、4路骨结合前凹陷处中点),操作与平衡针疗法组相同.两组疗程均为4周,并随访4周.比较两组患者针刺前4周(治疗前期)、针刺4周(治疗期)及针刺后4周(治疗后期)功能受限、功能障碍、情感功能3个角度等评分的变化.结果 两组患者治疗期和治疗后期功能受限评分、功能障碍评分、情感功能评分均较治疗前期升高[针刺假穴位组:功能受限评分(分)为68.79±12.20、67.74±11.02比64.63±14.87,功能障碍评分(分)为80.95±8.66、81.37±6.27比78.95±8.80,情感功能评分(分)为77.14±6.29、79.95±6.79比76.26±8.90;平衡针疗法组:功能受限评分(分)为77.84±10.98、75.21±9.59比62.21±14.05,功能障碍评分(分)为86.79±6.59、83.05±5.53比80.84±7.04,情感功能评分(分)为81.84±6.17、82.32±6.49比73.26±7.84];巨平衡针疗法组治疗期和治疗后期功能受限评分明显高于同期针刺假穴位组[治疗期(分):77.84±10.98比68.79±12.20,治疗后期(分):75.21±9.59比67.74±11.02,均P<0.05];平衡针疗法组治疗期功能障碍评分、情感功能评分均明显高于同期针刺假穴位组[功能障碍评分(分):86.79±6.59比80.95±8.66,情感功能评分(分):81.84±6.17比77.14±6.29,均P<0.05].结论 平衡针疗法能改善无先兆偏头痛患者�Objective To observe the effect of balance acupuncture on the quality of life of migraine patients without aura.Methods Forty patients with migraine without aura admitted to Guangdong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2015 to January 2016 were selected.According to the principle of random number table,the patients were divided into two groups:a balance acupuncture group and a false acupuncture point group,and in fact,there were only 38 subjects in the study with 2 patients excluded,1 case was dropped and another 1 was taken by mistake,thus each group included only 19 cases.In the balance acupuncture group,the headache balance acupoint was located at the middle point of a depression in front of the union of the first and second metatarsal bones at the dorsum of foot;the acupuncture method was transverse needling with rapid insertion and progress for about 1.5-2 inches(the same body inch);when there was a needle sensation such as releasing inductance or distending-tingling,the needle can be pulled out immediately,it was not necessary to apply needling technique or lifting and inserting technique to achieve the sense of needle,the acupuncture time was about 3-5 seconds,5 times a week,the rest interval was 2 days.In the sham acupoint acupuncture group,the sham headache acupoint was located at the corresponding non-acupoint location or at the middle point of the depression ahead of the union of third and fourth metatarsal bones at the dorsum of foot,and the operating method was the same as that in the balance acupuncture group.The therapeutic course were 4 weeks in both groups,and followed up for 4 weeks.Migraine Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire(MSQ)included three dimensions:role restrictive(RR),role preventive(RP)and emotional function(EF)scores which were used to analyze and compare the changes of quality of life between the two groups during 4 weeks before acupuncture(baseline period),4 weeks of acupuncture(treatment period)and 4 weeks after acupuncture(follow-up period).Results In terms of role
