脓毒症中西医理论实践的传承与创新--赵淳教授学术思想及临床经验研究

摘　　要：赵淳教授及传承团队通过多年中西医并重、理论紧密联系实际对脓毒症进行研究,继承和发扬了王今达教授的学术思想及经验,总结出脓毒症、多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的防治策略、思路和方法,提出"扶正祛邪并举""菌毒炎脏并治"的观点,研究出辨病与辨证相结合的中西医优势互补的创新理论及疗法,救治众多脓毒症患者,疗效显著.该方法具有对患者多系统整体动态调节的特点,能有效解决脓毒症现代治疗难题,彰显出中医药救治脓毒症的独特优势.Professor Zhao Chun and the inheritance team had paid equal attention to both traditional Chinese and western medicine for many years,closely associated theory with practice to study sepsis,inherit and carry forward Professor Wang Jinda's academic thought and experience,summarized the prevention and treatment strategies,thinking pathway and method concerning sepsis and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS),and finally they proposed the following points of view in management of the diseases:"Paying attention to both strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors"and"Combining treatments of pathogenic bacteria,toxin,inflammation and viscera";they studied by using the advantages of diagnosis and treatment in western medicine and TCM for disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation to complementary to each other to develop an innovative theory and therapy for septic patients and by these means they saved a great number of septic patients with remarkable therapeutic results.This therapeutic method has the characteristics of multi-system dynamic regulation in the whole body and can effectively solve the difficult problems in modern treatment of sepsis,indicating the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sepsis.
