使用权的制度经济学——新制度经济学的视域转换和理论创新

摘　　要：面对数字信息经济发展带来的变化和提出的挑战,需要重新审视和评述新制度经济学,揭示其所具有的交易范式和所有权中心论的性质和特征。在此基础上,转换理论视域和分析角度,提出和发展一种使用权中心的制度经济学。使用权制度经济学的框架结构包括使用权的产权理论、使用权的企业理论和使用权的组织理论,是一种共生、共和、共享的制度经济学。This paper reviews and comments on the new institutional economics which is changed and challenged by digital information economy, focusing on the paradigm of ownership and characteristics of transaction. It changes to another theoretical perspective, proposes a property rights system of usage whose frame structure comprises the theory of the right to use, the theory of organization and the enterprise theory. Comparing with the new institutional economics, this paper tries to investigate and analyze three facets-contents, nature and characteristics-preliminarily.
