摘  要:尽管目前对心力衰竭的治疗已取得了重大进展,但心力衰竭的发病率和病死率仍较高。心肌能量代谢障碍是心力衰竭发生、发展的一种重要机制。心力衰竭进展过程中健康心脏的代谢途径会发生改变,并且嘌呤能信号与心脏能量代谢相关。另外,心力衰竭合并症(代谢综合征、糖尿病等)也会对代谢途径产生影响。目前治疗心力衰竭的药物对心血管的作用也部分归因于它们对代谢的影响,因此,优化心肌能量代谢有助于改善患者的心功能,并延缓心力衰竭的进展。Despite significant advances has been made in the treatment of heart failure,the incidence and mortality remain high.Myocardial energy metabolism disorder is an important mechanism for the occurrence and development of heart failure.The metabolic pathway of a healthy heart changes during the progression of heart failure,and purinergic signaling is associated with cardiac energy metabolism.In addition,the complications of heart failure(eg,metabolic syndrome,diabetes,etc.)also have an effect on the metabolic pathways.The current drugs’cardiovascular effects for heart failure are also partly due to their effects on metabolism.Therefore,optimizing myocardial energy metabolism can improve cardiac function and delay the progression of heart failure.
