摘  要:干细胞技术是近年来医学领域备受关注的热点和前沿,目前已经成为衡量国家科技实力的重要体现之一。干细胞具有巨大的医学应用前景,可作为"种子细胞"应用于疾病的治疗,并在创伤修复、细胞治疗、组织工程、免疫排斥、疑难杂症治疗等领域具有广阔的应用空间。间充质干细胞是一类具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的多能干细胞,具有高度的自我更新能力和多向分化潜能,同时其免疫原性低,无需进行严格的配型,致瘤性低,使用安全,为广大科研和医务工作者所青睐。Stem cell technology is a hot topic and frontier in the field of medicine in recent years,which has become one of the important embodiments of measuring the strength of national science and technology.Stem cells have a great prospect of medical application,which,as"seed cells",are used in the treatment of diseases,and have a broad application prospect in the fields of wound repair,cell therapy,tissue engineering,immune rejection,and treatment of difficult and miscellaneous diseases.Mesenchymal stem cells are a kind of pluripotent stem cells with self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation potential.They have high self-renewal ability and multi-directional differentiation potential.At the same time,they have low immunogenicity,low tumorigenicity and high safety,needing no strict match,so they are favored by the majority of scientific research and medical workers.
