声门上喷射供氧和通气技术的临床进展

摘　　要：声门上喷射供氧和通气技术可以为呼吸停止和呼吸抑制患者提供可靠的供氧和通气,能辅助完成困难气管插管,尤其是"不能插管和不能通气"的紧急气道情况,可有效避免灾难性结局,还可避免和减少日间手术患者的低氧血症。声门上喷射供氧和通气技术用于外科共用气道的手术可以提供完整清晰的术野,缩短手术时间,还可以为呼吸窘迫综合征患者提供肺保护通气。声门上喷射供氧和通气技术并发症较少,是一种安全、有效的无创供氧技术,适于临床危重症患者短时间使用。The technology of supraglottic jet oxygenation and ventilation can provide reliable oxygenation and ventilation for patients with respiratory arrest and respiratory depression,assist tracheal intubation in difficult airway,especially can effectively avoid catastrophic outcomes for the emergency airway situation of"cannot intubate and cannot ventilate",and prevent and reduce hypoxemia in patients undergoing day surgery.For surgical procedures requiring a shared airway,this technique can provide a complete and clear operative field and shorten the operation time,and it also can provide lung protection ventilation for patients with respiratory distress syndrome.The technique has less complications,and is a safe and effective non-invasive oxygen supply technology,which is suitable for short-term use in clinically critically ill patients.
