新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间普外科限期手术患者处理方式的探讨

摘　　要：2019年12月新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发以来,全国的疫情防控工作虽已初见成效,但由于部分新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床表现不典型,潜伏期长且传染性强,疫情的未来发展仍存在不确定性。在目前的疫情形势下,对限期手术患者的收治时机、原则及手术相关防护准则等还未形成共识。在结合相关文献及临床实践的基础上,探讨普外科医生如何安全开展限期手术患者的诊疗工作,避免聚集性疫情的出现。Since the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)in December 2019,the national epidemic prevention and control work has achieved initial results.However,due to the long incubation period and strong infectivity of the disease,and the future development of the epidemic is uncertain,the clinical manifestations of some patients with COVID-19 are atypical.In the current epidemic situation,consensus has not yet been reached on the admission timing,principles,and surgicalrelated protection guidelines of patients undergoing semi-elective surgery.On the basis of combining the relevant literature and clinical practice,this paper discusses how general surgeons can safely carry out the diagnosis and treatment of patients undergoing semi-elective surgery to avoid the occurrence of aggregation epidemic.
