茵陈汤联合熊去氧胆酸与腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨茵陈汤联合熊去氧胆酸与腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的疗效。方法:收集2017年8月—2019年4月治疗的重度妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者98例,分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组给予腺苷蛋氨酸1000 mg/次,1次/d;熊去氧胆酸15 mg/kg,3次/d;共14 d。观察组在对照组基础上,给予茵陈汤治疗,1支/次,3次/d,共14 d。观察两组疗效、生化指标变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.92%(47/49),高于对照组的61.22%(30/49,P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生化指标低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:茵陈汤联合熊去氧胆酸与腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症可以极大提高疗效,改善患者的生化指标。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yinchen decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid and adenosylmethionine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy.Methods:Ninety-eight cases of severe intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy treated in the hospital from August 2017 to April 2019 were collected,and divided into a control group and an observation group with 49 cases each.The control group was given adenosylmethionine 1000 mg/time,once a day;ursodeoxycholic acid was 15 mg/kg,3 times/d;14 days was in total.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Yinchen decoction 1 stick/time,3 times/d for a total of 14 days.The curative effect and changes of biochemical indexes of two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%(47/49),which was higher than that of the control group 61.22%(30/49,P<0.05).After intervention the biochemical indexes of the observation group were lower than those before intervention and those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinchen decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid and adenosylmethionine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy can greatly enhance the efficacy and improve the biochemical indexes of patients.
