摘　　要：Hippo信号通路是在果蝇中发现的一条在进化上高度保守,参与调控器官大小及细胞增殖、凋亡的重要信号转导通路,通过一系列激酶级联反应发挥作用。目前已证实Hippo信号通路在肿瘤的发生发展中起关键作用,并且随着对Hippo信号通路的深入研究,发现其与心血管系统、神经系统、免疫系统及其他系统也有重要关系。本研究综述Hippo信号通路及其在肿瘤和各器官系统疾病中的研究进展,并展望Hippo信号通路的研究前景。The Hippo signaling pathway is an important signal transduction pathway discovered in drosophila recently that is evolutionally conserved and involved in the organ size control, cell proliferation and apoptosis,working through a series of kinase cascades. It has been confirmed that the Hippo signaling pathway plays a key role in the development of tumors. And the intensive study of it has found it to have important relationships with the cardiovascular, nervous, immune, and other systems. This review summarized the Hippo signaling pathway and its research progress in tumor and various organ system diseases, and predicted the research prospect of the Hippo signaling pathway, too.
