摘 要:通过电化学测试和全浸实验,研究了新型相变压裂液对13Cr不锈钢、N80钢和P110钢等不同材料的腐蚀行为。用扫描电镜观察了不同钢试样表面在压裂液中的腐蚀情况。结果表明,压裂液对三种钢的腐蚀损伤较小。阻抗测试结果表明,三种钢在压裂液中的耐蚀性很高,腐蚀速率很小。新型相变压裂液中钢在水相中的腐蚀规律与中性水相似。这种新型压裂液对钢的腐蚀作用很小。研究结果可为储运、泵送等设备材料的选择提供理论依据。The corrosion behavior of a novel phase change fracturing fluid on different steel such as 13Cr stainless steel,N80 steel and P110 steel were investigated by electrochemical measurements and soaking experiments.The corrosion appearance was observed by scanning electron microscope on the whole surface of different steel in fracturing fluid.Results manifested that the fracturing fluid had little corrosion damage on the three kinds of steel.The results of impedance measurements indicated that the corrosion resistance of the three kinds of steel in fracturing fluid was very high and corrosion rate was very small.The corrosion law of steel in water phase of the novel phase change fracturing fluid was similar to that of neutral water.The corrosion effect of this new fracturing fluid on steel was negligibly small.The results of the study can provide theoretical basis for the storage,transportation,pumping and other equipment materials selection of the phase change fracturing fluid.
