摘  要:利用超高效液相色谱-四级杆-静电场轨道阱联用技术(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS)得到各成分精确的分子量和二级质谱碎片信息,对栀子水提液中的成分进行结构推测和鉴定。采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(150 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速:0.3 mL/min,柱温:40℃。质谱采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),正负离子监测模式。结果从栀子水提液中检测出了54种化学成分,鉴定了44种化学成分的结构,为进一步研究栀子的药理活性和临床用药奠定物质基础。The accurate molecular weight and secondary mass spectrum fragment information of each component were obtained by UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS,and the components in gardenia water extract were predicted and identified.ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(150 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)was used,mobile phase was gradient elution with 0.1%formic-acetonitrile,flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,and column temperature was 40℃.Mass spectrometry was performed by using electrospray ion source(ESI)under the positive and negative ion modes.54 chemical components were detected from the water extract of gardenia,and 44 chemical components were identified,which could lay a material foundation for the further study of the pharmacological activity and clinical drug use of gardenia.
