摘  要:目前还没有针对土壤和沉积物中环氧丙烷测定的方法。介于环氧丙烷的性质,参考相关文献资料,建立使用吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱法测定土壤和沉积物中环氧丙烷的方法。样品中的环氧丙烷经吹扫捕集吹扫、吸附、热脱附后,经气相色谱分离,用质谱仪进行测定,外标法定量。环氧丙烷的实际样品回收率在90.6%~112%之间,RSD在1.5%~1.6%之间。当取样量为5g时,检出限为1μg/kg,定量限为4μg/kg。通过实验,该方法可对土壤中的环氧丙烷进行定性、定量测定,检测效率高,方法科学可靠。At present,there is no method for the determination of propylene oxide in soil and sediment.Based on the properties of propylene oxide,a method for the determination of propylene oxide in soil and sediment by purge and trap gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The epichlorohydrin in the sample was separated by gas chromatography after purging,adsorption and thermal desorption,and determined by mass spectrometer.The recovery of propylene oxide was 90.6%~112%,RSD was 1.5%~1.6%.When the sampling amount was 5 g,the detection limit was 1μg/kg,and the quantitative limit was 4μg/kg.Through experiments,the method can be used to determine the epoxy propane in soil qualitatively and quantitatively,with high detection efficiency and scientific and reliable method.
