摘  要:针对宁夏煤业有限责任公司煤制油项目备煤装置纤维分离器杂质分离效果差,影响气化装置长周期运行问题,分析了纤维分离器结构设计缺陷,对纤维分离器进行优化改造,包括隔筛改为平面净化转盘全覆盖结构、立面斗状净化转盘全覆盖结构和焊接加高圆弧溢流堰等,对比了各优化方案的应用效果。通过纤维分离器优化改造,提高了干煤粉杂物分离效果,使气化装置由连续运行2天提高至连续运行200天以上,实现了气化炉长周期稳定运行。The poor separation effect of impurities in the fiber separator of the coal preparation unit of the coal to oil project of Ningxia Coal Industry Co has affected the long-term operation of the gasification unit.Defects in structure design of fiber separator were analyzed,and the fiber separator was optimized,including full covering structure of planar purification rotary plate,full covering structure of bucket purification rotary plate and welding heightened arc overflow weir.The application effects of various optimization schemes were compared.The run time of the gasification unit was improved from continuous operation for 2 days to more than 200 days,and the long period stable operation of the gasifier was realized.
