摘　　要：为了培养出符合社会需求的应用型人才和工程技术人才,本文分析了洛阳理工学院《无机材料物理性能课程》课程的教学现状,结合应用型人才和工程技术人才的要求,从教育理念、教学内容、教学方式等方面对进行了教学改革探索。经过教学改革,培养了学生们的学习能力、分析解决问题的能力和创新能力,教学效果、人才培养意识和培养人才的能力得到提升。In order to cultivate applied talents and engineering technicians who meet the needs of the society,teaching status of Physics Performance of Inorganic Material in Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology was analyzed.Combining with the requirements of applied talents and engineering technicians,teaching reform was explored in terms of educational concept,teaching content and teaching methods. After the teaching reform,the ability of students was trained in learning,analysis and innovation. The teaching effect,the consciousness and ability of training talents were improved.
