摘　　要：首先分析现阶段高校科研实验室的安全现状及特点,根据国家法律法规及安全生产条例,探讨建设全面的、易操作的高校科研实验室的安全管理体系。包括科研实验室安全责任制度、科研实验室安全督查制度与考评机制、实验室安全技能培训与宣传、科研实验室应急安全预案及高校科研实验室安全环境硬件建设等。确实有效的降低实验室安全风险,减少安全事故隐患,为高校科学研究与人才培养工作的开展提供保障。The current status and the main problems of scientific research laboratories in colleges and universities were analyzed. According to the laws, regulations and national standards, strategies for the construction of a comprehensive and easy-to-operate safety management system were designed. The strategies included the responsibility system of scientific research laboratory,the supervision system and evaluation system of scientific research laboratory,the training of laboratory safety skills,the emergency plan of scientific research laboratory and the construction of safety environment of scientific research laboratory in Colleges and universities. These could effectively reduce security risks of laboratory,provide a help in avoiding accidents,and provide guarantee for the normal development of scientific research and personnel training in colleges and universities.
