滋阴潜阳法治疗高血压

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴潜阳法治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法:71例高血压患者随机分为对照组35例和治疗组36例。对照组给予氯沙坦钾片;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合滋阴潜阳法。2周为1个疗程,共8周。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组收缩压、舒张压均显著降低(P<0.05),症状积分降低(P<0.01)、临床疗效提高(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,主要症状单项评分中急躁易怒、五心烦热、头如裹、气短等评分均显著降低(P<0.01),眩晕、头疼、心悸等评分亦均降低(P<0.05);血管紧张素Ⅱ、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平等均显著下降(P<0.01),白细胞介素-10显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:滋阴潜阳法治疗高血压临床疗效显著,可显著降低患者血压,症状积分,血管紧张素Ⅱ、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nourishing yin for suppressing hyperactive yang method in treating hypertension.Methods:71 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and treatment group(36 ca-ses).The control group was given losartan potassium tablets;the treatment group was treated with nourishing yin for suppressing hyperactive yang method on the basis of the control group.2 weeks is a course of treatment,a total of 8 weeks.Results:Compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05),the symptom score decreased(P<0.01),and the clinical effect improved(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the scores of impatience and irritability,dysphoria with feverish sensation in chest;palms and soles,head wrapping and shortness of breath were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the scores of vertigo,headache and palpitation were also reduced(P<0.05);the levels of angiotensionⅡ,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α decreased significantly(P<0.01),while Interleukin-10 increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of nourishing yin for suppressing hyperactive yang method in treating hypertension is significant.It can significantly reduce the blood pressure,symptom score,the levels of angiotensionⅡ,in-terleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α.
