广西各地旅游潜力综合评价

摘　　要：广西壮族自治区民族众多、环境优美,旅游潜力巨大,通过旅游发展不仅能够突出广西各地文化特色与自然环境价值,更能带动贫困地区经济发展、社会进步。因而采用科学方法客观评价广西各地旅游潜力对于广西未来经济社会发展十分关键。由此,本文构建了反映旅游业发展状况、旅游资源条件、综合发展环境、旅游潜在价值、旅游产业及当地经济发展趋势6大方面和32个分指标的地区旅游潜力评价指标体系,并对广西所辖14地区进行评价。结果表明:桂林市的旅游潜力以95.34分遥遥领先于第二位的南宁市13分之多,比第三位的柳州市高出20分;第四、五、六位的分别是百色市、河池市和崇左市,属于旅游潜力中等偏高地区;旅游潜力中等地区为北海市、钦州市和玉林市(第七位到第九位);旅游潜力较弱地区为来宾市、贺州市、防城港市、梧州市和贵港市。针对广西各地在旅游潜力开发方面的问题,本文提出四点建议:一是打造精品旅游;二是立体发展民族旅游;三是重视旅游扶贫;四是突出桂西北旅游特色。Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has a large number of nationalities,beautiful scenic spots and huge tourism potential.Tourism development can not only highlights the cultural characteristics and natural environmental value of all parts of Guangxi,but also promotes the economic development and social progress of poor areas.It is very important to objectively evaluate the tourism potential of Guangxi with scientific methods for the future development.This paper constructs a tourism potential evaluation index system covering six aspects:tourism development,tourism resources,comprehensive development environment,tourism potential value,tourism industry and local economic development trend,as well as 32 sub-indexes.Such a system is used to evaluate the tourism potential of 14 regions under the jurisdiction of Guangxi.The results show that:the tourism potential of Guilin(95.34 points)is the best in tourism potential which is far ahead of the others--13 points higher than Nanning(the second)and 20 points higher than Liuzhou(the third).The fourth,fifth and sixth are Baise,Hechi and Chongzuo,which are belong to the region with medium to high tourism potential.Beihai,Qinzhou and Yulin(the seventh to the ninth)have medium tourism potential.Laibin,Hezhou,Fangchenggang,Wuzhou and Guigang show rather weak tourism potential.In view of tourism potential development in Guangxi,the paper puts forward four suggestions:1)to create top-quality tourism itinerary;2)to develop three-dimensional ethnic tourism;3)to attach importance to the role of tourism in poverty alleviation;and 4)to highlight the tourism characteristics of northwest Guangxi.
