摘　　要：目的:观察止痛健骨方治疗骨转移癌疼痛的临床优势。方法:随机将70例骨转移癌痛患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各35例。两组均给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗20 d,治疗组在第7-20天给予止痛健骨方汤剂口服。治疗后比较两组患者数字疼痛分级评分(numerical rating scale,NRS)、卡氏评分(Karnofsky performance status,KPS)、盐酸羟考酮缓释片日均剂量及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者KPS均增加(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组盐酸羟考酮缓释片日均剂量较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:止痛健骨方能在对骨转移癌疼痛患者起到止痛作用的同时减少盐酸羟考酮缓释片的使用剂量,并减少不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical advantages of Zhitong Jiangu Prescription in treatment of pain in bone metastases.Methods:70 patients with bone metastatic cancer pain were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for 20 days,and the treatment group was given Zhitong Jiangu Prescription orally on the 7-20 th day.After treatment,the numerical pain scale(NRS),Karnofsky performance status(KPS),oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,KPS in both groups increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average daily dose of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhitong Jiangu Prescription can reduce the dosage of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and reduce adverse reactions while playing an analgesic role in patients with bone metastatic cancer.
