益肾方治疗早期慢性肾衰竭肾虚血瘀证

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾方治疗早期慢性肾衰竭肾虚血瘀证的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取慢性肾衰竭早期患者60例,随机分为治疗组31例,对照组29例。对照组给予尿毒清颗粒,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予益肾方治疗,持续2个月。比较两组患者尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR)、血浆白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,HB)水平,两组患者临床疗效,中医证候积分。结果:治疗后两组患者ALB、HB水平均显著升高,且治疗组治疗后高于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者BUN、Scr水平均显著升高,GFR均降低;治疗组治疗后以上指标改善均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为93.5%(29/31),对照组有效率为58.6%(17/29),两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者中医证候积分均明显降低,且治疗组治疗后明显低于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾方治疗早期慢性肾衰竭肾虚血瘀证临床疗效显著,可改善患者肾功能,提高ALB、HB水平,降低患者中医证候积分。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yishen Decoction in treating early chronic renal failure with Kidney deficiency and Blood stasis Syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients with early chronic renal failure were selected and randomly divided into 31 treatment groups and 29 control groups.The control group was given Niaoduqing Granules,and the treatment group was given Yishen prescription in addidtion to that of the treatment of the control group for 2 months.Compare the two groups of patients with blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),plasma albumin(albumin,ALB),and hemoglobin(hemoglobin,HB)level,clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the levels of ALB and HB in the two groups were significantly increased,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN and Scr in the two groups increased significantly,and GFR decreased.The improvement of the above indicators in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group was 93.5%(29/31),and the effective rate in the control group was 58.6%(17/29).The effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Decoction has significant clinical efficacy in treatment of early-stage chronic renal failure with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.It can improve the renal function of patients,increase the levels of ALB and HB,and reduce the score of TCM syndromes.
