山药临床应用规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于频数统计、关联规则和聚类分析挖掘山药临床应用特点与配伍规律。方法:以中国知网收录的含山药方剂的临床文献为数据来源,使用Excel2013工作表、SPSS Modeler 14.1和SPSS Statistics 19.0统计软件,对纳入标准的中药分别进行频数、关联规则和聚类分析。结果:纳入符合标准的文献230篇,共含中药373味。四气以温、平居多,五味以甘、苦居多;归经以脾经、肺经和肾经居多;功效分类以补虚药、利水渗湿药和活血化瘀药居多;关联规则分析得到含山药的核心中药组合22个,配伍中药多为补虚药和利水渗湿药。脾系病高频中药关联规则分析得到药物组合11对,系统聚类分析得到8类。结论:通过分析含山药方剂的临床应用文献,反映出山药的应用特点和配伍规律,可进一步反馈临床,指导临床用药或将文献总结所得规律用于相应保健品的研发。Objective:To explore the clinical application characteristics and compatibility rules of Shannyao(Chinese yam)based on frequency statistics,association rules and cluster analysis.Methods:Based on the clinical literature of Chinese herbal medicines containing Chinese herbal medicines included in China Knowledge Network,Excel 2013,SPSS Modeler 14.1 and SPSS Statistics 19.0 statistical software were used to analyze the frequency,association rules and cluster analysis of the included Chinese medicines.Results:A total of 230 articles were included,which contained 373 flavors of Chinese medicine.The characters of Four Qi of them are mostly being warm and flat,and that of the Five Flavors are mostly being sweet and bitter;the characters of channel tropism of them are mainly Spleen,Lung and Kidney;in the efficacy classification they are mainly tonifying medicine,resolving dampness medicine as well as activating blood circulation and removing stasis medicine.There are 22 core traditional Chinese medicine combinations containing Shanyao(Chinese yam),and most of the compatible traditional Chinese medicines are functioning in the former two aspects.Analysis of high-frequency Chinese medicine association rules of splenic diseases resulted in 11 drug combinations and systematic cluster analysis of 8 classes.Conclusion:By analyzing the clinical application literature of Shanyao-containing prescriptions,it reflects the application characteristics and compatibility rules of Shanyao(Chinese yam),which can further feedback the clinical,guide clinical medication or use the law summarized in the literature for the development of corresponding health products.
