浅析王执中对艾灸与温针的认识

摘　　要：王执中对腧穴定位有独特的方法,认为取穴之要,"按之酸痛是穴"。王执中尤其重视灸法的应用,对灸法调养脾胃、养生保健尤为重视,并总结了灸调脾胃、艾灸养生、灸药并重等用灸经验。用亦良、大良、最良、神良等划分用灸的效果,探讨灸法的禁忌。王执中还特别重视火针与温针的应用,在治疗冷痹、脚疾、心痛、脾胃病、哮喘、腰痛、腹中冷气等疾病时,都用到火针与温针,且获良效。Wang Zhizhong has a unique method for acupoint location,and believes that the key to acupoint selection is"acupoint location where it hurts".Wang Zhizhong pays special attention to the application of moxibustion,especially the use of moxibustion to regulate the spleen and stomach,health care.He also sums up the experience of moxibustion for regulating spleen and stomach,moxibustion for health preservation,and moxibustion with equal emphasis on medicine.He divides the effect of moxibustion by Yiliang,Daliang,Zuiliang,shenliang and discusses the taboo of moxibustion.Wang Zhizhong also pays special attention to the application of fire needle and warming needle.Fire needle and warming needle are used in the treatment of cold bi,foot disease,heartache,spleen and stomach disease,asthma,backache,cold qi in abdomen and other diseases,with good effect.
