摘　　要：心主神藏脉,脾生营舍意。人体是有机的整体,在心神的统一调节下,脏腑经络、四肢百骸互调互用,共同完成人体正常的生命活动。水谷精气是维持基本生命活动的物质基础,作为生命活动的高级表现形式,神志活动必须依赖脾胃化生的气血濡养。现代医学研究发现肠道微生物能够诱发精神疾患,进一步佐证了心脾相关理论。小儿脾常不足,无论外感内伤、喂养不当皆损伤脾之运化,脾虚失运则化源不足,心失其濡养致神志不调;或脾胃失调,升降失司,湿聚成痰,痰浊随气机逆乱,上蒙清窍;或脾虚不健,痰湿内生,肝热内盛,痰为浊物,痰热互结,化风化热,随火上犯,易扰神明,蒙蔽清阳,扰乱神志。Heart is the master of the spirit.Spleen generates yin and is the residence of the mind.The human body is an organic whole.Under the unified regulation of the heart spirit,meridians and collaterals,limbs and bones are mutually adjusted to complete the normal life activities of the human body.The essence of water and grain is the material basis for maintaining the basic life activities.As a high-level form of life activities,mental activities must rely on the qi and blood of generated by spleen and stomach.Modern medical research has found that intestinal microorganisms can induce mental disorders,further supporting the theory of heart close to spleen.Children′s spleen is often insufficient.No matter external or internal injury or improper feeding,it will damage spleen′s circulation.If the spleen is deficient,the source of circulation will be insufficient.If heart is not nourished,it will lead to mental disorder;or spleen and stomach are disorder,ascending and descending of qi is disorder,and wet accumulates into phlegm,which leads to phlegm turbid with the reversed qi movement,then orifices can be confused by phlegm;or spleen deficiency is not healthy,phlegm dampness is endogenous,liver heat is abundant,phlegm is turbid,and phlegm heat is combined with each other to generate wind and heat which is easy to moving up with the fire to disturb spirit,blind Qingyang and disturb mind.
