刺络放血法在儿科的应用

摘　　要：小儿易被将养过温,进食亦无节制,常恣食肥甘厚味,积久化热,易生热证。根据中医理论,热证实证当需泻之。剌络放血疗法可以祛除瘀血及阻滞经络之病邪,使经络调畅、阴阳调和,主要治疗阳热证、瘀血证等,可广泛应用于儿科。小儿急性扁桃体炎多因火热毒邪蕴结咽喉所致,可在药物治疗的基础上,加用大椎穴及少商穴刺血方法,使邪热外出、表邪遂解;邪热闭肺是小儿肺炎的基本病机,在药物治疗之外,可选用大椎穴及肺俞穴刺血拔罐,使热随血出;霰粒肿多因痰热搏结于目胞之上所致,可采用耳尖穴刺血方法以消肿止痛、清热解毒;夜啼多因心热、惊恐所致,针刺手厥阴心包经穴可泻心火以安神,使睡眠得安。Children are easy to be raised too warm,eat too much,and often eat sweet and fat food,which is easy to transform into heat,resulting in heat syndrome.According to the theory of Chinese medicine,the syndrome of heat should be treated with purgative method.Blood-letting puncture therapy can remove blood stasis and pathogenic factors blocking meridians,make meridians smooth,yin and yang harmonious,mainly treat yang heat syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,etc.,which can be widely used in pediatrics.Children′s acute tonsillitis is mainly caused by the accumulation of pathogenic heat and toxin in the throat.On the basis of medicine treatment,the method of blood-letting puncture at Dazhui and Shaoshang acupoints can be used to make pathogenic heat go out and external pathogenic factors disappear.Pathogenic heat blocking lung is the basic pathogenesis of pneumonia in children.In addition to medicine treatment,Dazhui acupoint and Feishu acupoint can be used to prick blood and cupping to make the heat flow out with the blood.Chalazion is mainly caused by binding of phlegm and heat in eyelids.The method of blood-letting puncture at Erjian acupoint can be used to eliminate swelling,relieve pain,clear away heat and detoxify.Nocturnal crying is mostly caused by heart heat and panic.Needling the acupoints of Jueyin Pericardium Meridian of Hand can relieve heart fire to calm nerves and make sleep peaceful.
