摘　　要：中西医结合治疗人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染者意义重大。现代医学抗病毒治疗在抑制病毒方面有明显优势,目前国际上共有6大类30多种药物(包括复合制剂),分别为核苷类反转录酶抑制剂、非核苷类反转录酶抑制剂、蛋白酶抑制剂、整合酶抑制剂、融合酶抑制剂及CCR5抑制剂。中医药在提高免疫功能、改善症状体征方面有显著疗效,中西医结合可优势互补。"病证结合"是目前中医临床诊疗常用的一种方法。HIV感染者通过现代医学手段明确诊断以辨病,中医辨证分型主要为脾气亏虚证、气阴两虚证、湿热壅滞证。在真实世界临床实践活动中,突出了中医学"同病异治、异病同治"的特点。The integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine is of great significance in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection.Antiviral therapy in modern medicine has obvious advantages in virus inhibition.At present,there are six categories and more than 30 kinds of drugs(including compound preparations)in the world,including nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors,non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors,protease inhibitors,integrase inhibitors,fusion enzyme inhibitors and CCR5 inhibitors.Chinese medicine has significant curative effect in improving immune function and symptoms and signs.The The integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine can complement each other.The"combination of disease and syndrome"is a common method in clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine.Patients with HIV infection are clearly diagnosed by modern medicine to distinguish diseases.TCM syndrome differentiation mainly includes deficiency of spleen qi syndrome,deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome,dampness and heat stagnation.In the real world clinical practice,it highlights the characteristics of"treating the same disease with different treatment,treating different diseases with the same treatment".
