摘 要:目的:探讨复方羊胚胎素对D-半乳糖[D(+)-Glactose,(D-gal)]致亚急性衰老模型雌性SD大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、总抗氧化能力(total anti-oxidation capability,T-AOC)水平的影响。方法:30只SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为5组,每组6只。每日固定时间段给模型组、西药对照组、复方羊胎素1组、复方羊胎素2组大鼠注射D-gal溶液,皮下、腹腔各半,空白组皮下注射等量生理盐水,连续8周。采用Morris水迷宫法,与模型组大鼠比较,评价两组复方羊胚胎素组大鼠的学习记忆能力;取5组大鼠肝、脾、胸腺,测量脏器指数,评价两种复方羊胚胎素对大鼠免疫系统的影响;腹腔取血分离血清,采用比色法测定SOD、GSH-PX、MDA的水平,采用铁离子还原法(ferric ion reducing antioxidant power,FRAP)测定T-AOC的水平。结果:饲养8周后,除空白组外,其余4组大鼠在实验后期均出现不同程度的饮食减少、毛色暗淡、褪毛、行动迟缓、活动减少、大便稀,大便颜色偏黄绿色等变化,其中模型组变化明显,且与复方羊胎素1组、复方羊胎素2组、西药对照组有明显差异。与对照组大鼠比较,复方羊胎素1组、复方羊胎素2组大鼠肝、脾、胸腺指数明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与对照组大鼠比较,复方羊胎素1组、复方羊胎素2组大鼠进入逃生平台范围次数明显增多,逃避潜伏期明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与对照组大鼠比较,复方羊胎素1组、复方羊胎素2组大鼠血清中SOD、GSH-Px水平明显升高,MDA水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:复方羊胚胎素能通过增加体内SOD、GSH-Px水平,降低MDA水平,提高免疫器官脏器指数,可在一定程度上有效改善机体衰老情况,提高免疫功能。Objective:To investigate the effects of compound sheep embryonin on the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malondialdehyde(MDA)and total anti-oxidation capability(T-AOC)in the serum of female SD rats induced by D(+)-Glactose(D-gal)in subacute senescence model.Methods:30 SD rats were divided into 5 groups with 6 rats in each group.Rats in the model control group,western medicine control group,compound sheep embryonin group 1 and compound sheep embryonin group 2 were injected with D-gal solution at a fixed time every day,half subcutaneously and half intraperitoneally.Rats in the blank control group were injected with the same amount of normal saline subcutaneously for 8 weeks.Morris water maze method was used to evaluate the learning and memory ability of rats in the two groups;the liver,spleen and thymus of five groups of rats were taken,the organ index was measured,and the effects of two kinds of compound sheep embryonin on the immune system of rats were evaluated;blood was collected from abdominal cavity to separate serum,the levels of SOD,GSH-PX and MDA were determined by colorimetry,and the level of T-AOC was determined by ferricion reducing antioxidant power(FRAP).Results:After 8 weeks of feeding,except for the blank group,the other four groups showed different degrees of changes in the later period of the experiment,such as reduced diet,dull hair color,hair loss,sluggish action,decreased activity,loose stool,yellow green stool color,among which the model group had significant changes,and there were significant differences with the compound sheep embryonin group 1,compound sheep embryonin group 2 and western medicine control group.Compared with with the rats in the control group,the indexes of liver,spleen and thymus in compound sheep embryonin group 1 and compound sheep embryonin group 2 were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).Compared with with the rats in the control group,the number of times of rats entering the escape pl
