摘　　要：目的:观察消肿止痹汤透入结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法:84例半月板损伤患者按照随机数字对照表分为对照组和试验组。对照组患者给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗。试验组在对照组治疗基础上联合中药消肿止痹汤透入治疗。4周后比较两组患者临床疗效、Lysholm功能评分、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)。结果:治疗后,对照组治愈20例,显效8例,有效6例,无效8例,有效率为80.95%,显效率为66.67%;试验组治愈26例,显效9例,有效4例,无效3例,有效率为92.86%,显效率为83.33%;两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组显效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后Lysholm功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后VAS低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消肿止痹汤透入联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗半月板损伤临床疗效显著,能改善患者疼痛、肿胀症状,加速半月板愈合,促进膝关节功能恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaomen Zhibi Decoction penetration combined with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection for meniscus injury.Methods:84 patients with meniscus injury were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random numerical control table.The patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection.The experimental group was treated with Xiaozhong Zhibi Decoction on the basis of the control group.Four weeks later,the clinical efficacy,Lysholm function score and visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared.Results:After treatment,20 cases in the control group were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 80.95%,and the markedly effective rate was 66.67%;26 cases were cured in the experimental group,9 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 92.86%,and the markedly effective rate was 83.33.The effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The markedly effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Lysholm function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaomen Zhibi Decoction penetration combined with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of meniscus injury,which can improve the symptoms of pain and swelling,accelerate the healing of meniscus,and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
