摘　　要：针对池式冷凝器管侧管板冲刷腐蚀的现象,从工艺和设备两方面分析原因,通过增加衬管并做胀管处理后解决了该问题,设备后期运行稳定正常。Considering the erosion corrosion happened on pool condenser tube sheet, we analyzed the reasons from process and equipment. By adding the liner tube and using the tube expanding process, the problem was solved, and equipment restored to its steady operation later.
