摘  要:针对表面冷凝器真空恶化,汽轮机排汽压力逐渐升高问题,在排查故障过程中,利用参数对比分析判断出现故障的部件。采取补救和技术改造等措施消除隐患,使冷凝器真空度迅速恢复。因故障点比较隐蔽,造成故障的因素在化工装置中普遍存在,对其处理方法值得同类企业和新建企业借鉴。Aiming at the problem that the vacuum of surface condenser deteriorated and the exhaust steam pressure of steam turbine increased gradually in the process of troubleshooting, the faulty components were judged by parameter comparative analysis. Remediation and technical improvement measures were taken to eliminate hidden dangers and the condenser vacuum was quickly restored. Because the fault point is relatively concealed, the factors causing the fault are common in chemical equipment, this treatment method is worthy of reference for similar enterprises and new enterprises.
