摘 要:登革热是全球和我国最严重的蚊媒传染病,其防控形势及挑战日益严峻,对我国人群健康和国家生物安全造成严重威胁。2019年我国登革热报告病例空间分布显著扩大,达到前所未有水平。针对该病的特异性和普适性防控策略和措施,亟待各地区因地制宜研究、贯彻和落实。在媒介伊蚊和病例监测的基础上,结合气象资料、环境因素、人口数据等,及时进行风险评估及预测预警,因地制宜地采取可持续控制策略和措施。该文针对2019年我国登革热流行形势及未来防控挑战及策略进行论述,为我国各地区登革热的精准防控提供科学依据。Dengue fever is the most serious mosquito-borne disease in China and around the world.There are great challenges in the prevention and control of this disease,which poses a great threat to public health and national biosecurity in China.There were significant increases in the number and spatial distribution of dengue cases in China in 2019,which has reached an unprecedented level.Specific and universally applicable strategies and measures for the prevention and control of this disease should be developed and implemented in accordance with local conditions.On the basis of the surveillance of the vector Aedes and cases,risk assessment and early warning should be performed with reference to meteorological data,environmental factors,and demographic data.Sustainable control strategies and measures should be adopted based on local conditions.This article analyzes the dengue epidemic situation in 2019 and discusses the challenges and strategies for its prevention and control in future China,in order to provide a scientific basis for precise prevention and control of dengue fever in various regions of China.
