摘 要:目的通过对臭虫的生物测定,了解常用杀虫剂对实验室臭虫的杀虫效果,建立臭虫的半数致死剂量(LD50)体系。方法采用点滴法测定常用杀虫剂不同剂量下温带臭虫的死亡率,通过概率单位回归法计算臭虫对不同杀虫剂的LD50。结果在所测试的常用杀虫剂中,噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、毒死蜱、敌敌畏、倍硫磷、高效氯氟氰菊酯和氟虫腈7种对温带臭虫的LD50值分别为0.00357、0.00091、2.3881、1.9347、0.0744、9.3707和0.08147μg/只。对于抗性很高的杀虫剂,也通过预实验初步评估其LD50的近似值,温带臭虫对这些杀虫剂的LD50基本都在0.5μg/只及以上;结合尚未测出的常用杀虫剂LD50预实验结果可推断,所有经测试的常见杀虫剂对臭虫的杀虫效果由高到低依次为烟碱类、苯基吡唑类、有机磷类、菊酯类、氨基甲酸酯类和有机氯类。结论在对臭虫的化学防治过程中应首选烟碱类和苯基吡唑类等对其敏感药物,有机磷类中的倍硫磷尚可。Objective To investigate the insecticidal efficacy of common insecticides for bed bugs in the laboratory bybed bug bioassay,and to establish the median lethal dose(LD50)system for beg bugs.Methods Micro-topical applicationwas used to determine the mortality rate of Cimex lectularius at different doses of common insecticides,and the probabilityunit regression method was used to calculate LD50 of different insecticides against bed bugs.Results The LD50 ofthiamethoxam oxazine,imidacloprid,chlorpyrifos,dichlorvos,fenthion,λ-cyhalothrin,and fipronil for C.lectularius was0.00357,0.00091,2.3881,1.9347,0.0744,9.3707,and 0.08147μg/bug,respectively.As for insecticides with highlevel of resistance,the approximate value of LD50 was also preliminarily evaluated using pre-experiment,and the LD50 ofthese insecticides against C.lectularius was basically 0.5μg/bug or above.Combined with the pre-experiment results ofcommon pesticides for which LD50 had not been measured,it was inferred that all the common insecticides tested ranked asfollows in terms of their insecticidal effect on bed bugs:nicotinoids,phenylpyrazoles,organophosphorus,pyrethroids,carbamates,and organic chlorides.Conclusion In the process of chemical control of bed bugs,nicotinoids andphenylpyrazoles,which are sensitive to bedbugs,should be the first choice,and the fenthion of organophosphorus is also agood choice.
